You can change the primary user of your Tradeshift account by updating the email address associated with the account.
If you want to change the primary user to an email address that is already registered in Tradeshift, you will first need to delete that user.
After deleting the user, please contact Tradeshift Support to request a physical deletion of the email address.
Note: Even after a user is deleted, Tradeshift retains the user's information internally, including the email address. Therefore, support-assisted physical deletion is required.
