Levi Strauss & Co. is partnering with Tradeshift to make doing business with us easier. Coming March 14, 2022 we will be launching Tradeshift to Singapore for all indirect purchasing.
In preparation for this upcoming launch we would like to provide our suppliers with some advanced benefits prior to go live.
Starting very soon your firm may begin to receive emails from Tradeshift such as the sample below. These emails are triggered based on any recent invoices or payments we have posted to your account, although these messages may not contain a list of all transactions.
By clicking on the “Track your invoice” button in this email it will take you to a dashboard with additional information.
This dashboard will be updated with any invoices or payments posted to your account.
By clicking on the “Complete your setup” button you will be taken to a profile setup page to create and take ownership of your Tradeshift account well in advance of our go live March 14, 2022.
We strongly encourage all suppliers to activate their accounts with Tradeshift as soon as they receive their invitation. There is no cost to participate and once fully on-boarded to the Tradeshift network, suppliers will be able to: (Prior to go-live) view status of your invoices and payments as well as connect with other buying organizations.
After go-live:
- Submit invoices via the portal or direct integration with the network
- View live status for trading documents such as invoices and good receipts
- Collaborate in real-time on trading documents with LS&Co.

- Increased visibility of your products or services
- Improved collaboration and relationships with intuitive chat features

In the coming months we will be send further communications to prepare your company for the transition to Tradeshift.
We are committed to supporting your company during this transition and will provide ongoing communication as we approach launch day. Please note that when LS&Co. is selecting suppliers to work with in the future, preference will be given to those who are fully compliant with our new system and processes.
